1. Acceptance
Using this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use it.
2. Purpose of the site
This site presents my kennel and my upcoming litters. Published information is provided for informational purposes. A puppy's availability, price and announced dates may change without notice: only a written agreement between the breeder and the adopting family is binding.
3. No online sales
No puppy can be reserved or purchased directly through this site. Every placement requires a prior conversation, a meeting, and the signing of an adoption contract. No payment is processed through this site.
4. Breed information
Descriptions of the basenji's temperament and needs are general and do not replace the advice of a veterinarian. Every dog is an individual: the temperament observed in a puppy is not a guarantee of its adult behaviour, which depends largely on its upbringing and living environment.
5. Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, layout and graphic elements of this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Photo credits
Photographs in this demonstration version come from Wikimedia Commons. Some are free of rights (public domain / CC0); others are released under a Creative Commons CC BY-SA or CC BY licence, which require attribution of their authors. All were reworked into an ink-and-cream duotone to match the site's "continuous line" spirit.
